that is very informative and well written.
Carbohydrated drinks (pepsi, coca cola, sprite, mountain dew etc...) are actually bad. Yeh short time may ap ko energy deti hain but it contains a lot of sugar. Jaysa k is article ka first point hi yahi tha k QUIT SUGAR... It also makes your bones weaker. It gives you diabetes and It makes brings back your hunger pretty soon.

REMEMBER: TOO MUCH OF ANYTHING IS BAD !!
