My 1st aftare dish.
Making dough:
Meda 4 cup
egg 1
instent yeast 1 sashay
shuger 1 t spone
salt 1 t spone
dry milk podwer 1 teb spone
warm milk as reqvired.
Butter 3 teb spone
method:
Milk k ialwa tamam chezo ko mix kry ache tra,then warm milk tora tora dal k dough ghond ly achay sy.ziada naram b na ho dough or na ziada patla.
Ab isko air tyet bowl ma rakay kise garam jaga rising k lie,for 1 hour..
Pizza dough is ready .
For chiken:
Chiken chanks 1 cup
youghrt 2 teb apone
tikka masala 2 teb spone
ginger garlic pasts 1 tea apone
lemon jouice 1
method: Sub ko mix kr k 15 mint marinat kry.then 2 spone oil garam kr k ye chikn dalay or tender hojny tak cook kry.then pani jb sokh jye to qowalay ka samok dy dy.
Topping...
Onine choped 1 large
tomatoes choped 1 large
capsicum choped 1
green chilli choped 2
olives choped half cup
button mashroom choped half cup
pizza souce
herbs (oregano,rosemare,parslay)
mozrella cheez,chaterd cheez
crush red chilli pinch of.
Method for making pizza.
1,Sub sy pehly dough nikal k 2 hisso ma divide kry,or ache tra dobara ghondy cutting bord py.
2.ab baking try ma pizza dough bell k pehlaye,or 10 mint k lie chor dy.
3.now ab pinch of butter ly k base ko grees kry,then pizza souce,chiken,vegetables,herbs,or cheez dal k press kry,or 180* preheated oven ma 20 to 25 mint k lie bake kry( according to ur oven temprature)
now aftar klie apka pizza tayar hy.
Note: Mny ye pixza pateelay ma bnaya just 10 mints ma,

3, dalye ko jouicer ma dal k griend kr ly.ziada thick feel ho to yakhni dal k bland kry.
Ab gosht ,dalya,or yakhni dal k mix kry sub ache tra,gosht ko resha kr ly chamch sy,then tora pakye,sat ma podina or gren chili cut kr k dalay ,
4,oil gram kr k zeera karkaraye or baghar laga kr stow bnd kr dy.
Bht he testy soup is ready
chat masala,lemon,brown onion sy garnish kry,
note: ye patla he hota hy zara, tora sa thick ho to b bht maza dyta hy nan k sat, its taste just like haleem
