Kya shariat zahir pe lagoo hoti hai?

mera question hai kya shariat sirf zahir pe lagoo hoti hai batin pe nahi? Aur what is the reason behind it? Please tell me with some reference plzzz....

bro zahir si baat hai insaan ke paas zahir ka ilm hai aur wo zahir cheez hi dekh sakta hai isliye agar kisi pe shariat nafiz bhi hogi to wo zahir par hi hogi

rahi baat batin ki to Allah alimul gaib hai wo khule chupe har cheez ka janne wala hai agar insaan dikhawe ke amaal kar raha hai to zahiri taur par loog usse acha samjhenge lekin kal qayamat ke roz wo zaleel hoga aur usko uske kartooton ki saza bhi hogi

insaan ke paas ye taqat nahi ke wo kisi ke batini kaifiat jaan kar usko saza desake lekin aksar jo batin me hota hai wo zahir jhalakta hai isliye hamara batin acha hai to zahir bhi acha hi rahega inshAllah

ya apka sawal aur kuch hai ya kuch aur wazahat chahte hain to aap puchen aur kis tarah ka ref chahiye apko

inshAllah mazeed wazahat ki zaroorat parhe to ham apko tahqeeqan jawab denge

abhi to jaa rahe hain lekin ap jawab se mutmain nahi hain to khul kar puchen ham phir kal apko jawab denge inshAllah

Misal ke tor pe ager koi insaan kis doosre ko kehta hai yaar to darhi rakh ke jhoot kyon bolta hai... Us ki neat islah ki hai per bazahir us ne darhi ko nishana banaya to shariat is ko kya kahe gi aur is ke sawab aur gunah ka faisla us ke batin ko jane baghair ho sakta hai.... May be I have clear my question....

bro gunah har haal me gunah hi hai agar darhi rakhne wala jhoot bole to bhi galat aur na rakhne wala bole to bhi galat, koi darhi rakhe aur namaz na parhe aur jiski darhi nahi wo bhi na parhe lekin wo kahe ke aap darhi rakh kar bhi namaz nahi parhte to kehne wale kahenge ke darhi rakh kar bhi nahi parhta asal me dono gunehgaar honge darhi rakhne wale ke paas ilm hai phir bhi nahi parhta uski bhi pakad hogi aur jisne nahi rakhi uski bhi ke ek to wo bhi namaz nahi parhta upar se darhi jo ke Allah ke Rasul sallellahu alayhi wasallam ki pyari sunnat hai wo bhi nahi rakha

ab shariat ka faisla zahir par kyun batin par kyun nahi batate hain

shariat ki misaal qanoon ki si hai yane shariat islamia ko ham qanoon islamia keh sakte hain. aur qanoon lagoo zahir par hota hai kyun ke qaazi ya judge ya hakim ke samne zaahir hota hai aur batin poshida hota hai. jab batin tak rasaai mumkin nahi hai to is par qanoon lagoo kaise hoga ? yane batin ko maloom nahi kiya jaa sakta issi liye to wo batin keh lata hai. jab isse maloom nahi kiya jaa sakta to is par kisi shai ka itelaaq lagoo karna kaise mumkin hai. misaal ke taur par kisi jurm ke irtekaab mein kisi insaan ki niyat ka muamla hai. ab agar mujrim ye dawaa kare ke meri niyat to is qadar neik ya saleh thi to is ke is dawaa ka etebar nahi hoga kyun ke is ki niyat ka ilm janne ke liye hamare paas meyar nahi hai isliye ham iske zahiri amal par hi koi saza jaari kardenge.

kisi shaqs ne apni biwi ko talaq dedi aur ab wo ye kehta hai ke main ne talaq ke alfaz talaq ki niyat se nahi kahe to zaahir ye hai ke is ne talaq ke alfaz hole hain aur batin ye hai ke is ne talaq ki niyat nahi ki. ab is surat mein iske batin ko maloom karna mushkil hai illa ye ke is ke kuch qarain hon koi saboot ho wallahu aalam bisawaab

Yani ke ager koi shaks kisi ko qatal karey aur woh kahey ke mai ne yeah islam ke lea kea hai to us ko phansi deni chahiye kyon ke bazahir us ne qatal kea hai.... Like guard of salman taseer.... :(

bro isliye to roz e jaza aur saza ka din muqarrar kiya gaya hai yom e mehshar jis din Allah khule aur chupe sab harkaton ka sab amaal ka badla dega saza aur jaza sab milegi sab ke sath insaaf hoga

rahi baat salman taseer ki to phir mauzu dusra ruq lelega ilsiye isko nahi cherte hain :)

شریعت ظاہر پر ہی لاگو ہوتی ہے کیوں کے باطن کا حال ہر وقت ہر کسی معلوم نہیں ہوتا۔ اور انسان صرف ظاہری محرکات کو دیکھ کر ہی فیصلہ کرسکتا ہے اس لیے انسان کو صرف ظاہر کا ہی مکلف بنایا گیا ہے۔
