meri aik admi se is bat pr behs ho rahi hai k namaz me imam k piche bhi hume Surat Al Fatiha parhni chahiye in ahadees se bhi ye bat wazeh tor pe sabit hoti h.
Hadees No.1: Aik martaba namaz-e-fajir me baz Sahaba Kraam (R.A) bhi Aap (S.A.W) k sath Quraan kareem parhtey rahe jis ki waja se Aap (S.A.W) pr qira'at bojhall ho gai, namaz khtam hone k bad Aap(S.A.W) ne pocha k tum bhi sath parhtey rahe ho......???
jawab haan me dia to Aap(S.A.W) ne farmaya "tum esa mat kia karo(yani sath sath mat parho) albatah Surat Al Fatiha zaror parha kro,kiu k is k parhe baghair namaz nahi hoti" (Abu Daod,Tirmizi,Nsai)
Hadees No.2: isi trha Hazrat Abu Hureyrah (R.A) se marwi hai k Nabi Pak (S.A.W) ne farmaya "jis ne baghair Fatiha k namaz parhi to os ki namaz naqis hai" 3 martaba Aap(S.A.W) ne farmaya.
Hazrat Abu Hureyrah (R.A) se arz kia gya '' Imam k piche bhi hum namaz parhte hain os waqt? "
Hazrat Abu Hureyrah (R.A) ne farmaya"Imam k piche tum Surat Al Fatiha apne jee(dil) me parho" (Sahih Muslim)
aur on ka kehna hai k esa nahi hai.wo kehte hain:
1. aik school of thought kahta hai k qayaam maiN muqtadi ko sirf sanaa parhni chhaiyeh...jabkay doosra school of thought kahta hai k sanaa k elawah sooratay fateha aur sooratain bhi parhni chhaiyeh.
2. fajir, maghrib aur isha maiN imaam sooratay fateha aur soorat boland awaaz say qirrat kartay hain... quran ka hukm hai k jab quran ki telawat ho to khamoshi say suno...namaaz maiN imaam telawat karay boland awaaz say aur muqtadi bhi peechay telawat karaiN to nah sirf above quranic hukm ki 'khilaf.warzi' hoti hai balkay deger complications bhi paida hoti haiN...
a)har fard ki qirrat ki speed alag alag hoti hai.... goya its possible k imaam fateha k baad soorat ki telawat karay aur muqtadi abhi tak fateha hi paRh rahay houN...its not matching/following with imaam, that's a requiremnet for jamaat
b) imaam tez awaaz main telawat karay aur ap onki telawat ko suntay howay apni telawat ahistah ahistah karaiN... apki tawajjah baT jayegi... ap nah imaam ki telawat par concentrate kar skatay hain nah apni telawat pat...irtekaaz kahatam hojayega jo namaaz main matloob hai
3) mera khayaal hai k sawaday aazam issi maktabah e fikar ko follow kartay hain k imaam k peechay qayaam maiN sanaa k elawah kuch nah parha jaa.ay.
4) imaam ki harkaat o saknaat maiN 'ham.ahangi' is very important...ham imaam k saath qayam, rakoo, sajood etc kartay haiN...aur agar rakoo, sajdah main ham at least 3 baar zikr nah bhi kar payaiN aur imaam rakoo /sajdah say oTh jaa.ay to hamain bhi tasbeeh 'naa.mokammal' choR kar oTh janay ka hukm hai...jaldi jaldi 3 baar parhnaa laazim nahi........ yaa tashahud, darud, dua mokammal nah parh payain k imaam salam pher day to hamain bhi inhaiN mokammal kiyeh beghair salam phernay ka hukm hai......... ja sab jagah 'ham.ahangi' nazar aati hai to boland awaaz say telawat k moqaablay main apni alag telawat... iss ham aahangi k khilaaf hai
5) kissi bhi aik yaa chand ahaadees /quranic ayaat ko saamnay rakh kar ham jaisay common person aisaa koi "nateejah" nikaalnay k "mijaaz" nahi jo on scholars ki roy khilaaf ho.... jinki pooray qauran o hadees parnazar hoti hai, jo specialized hotay hain iss field k, aur jinki roy par ajmaa e ummat hota hai..... go k "ijtehaad" bhi kia jasakta hai, magar "ham jaisay" lof iskay ahal nahi
to ab mojhe plz clear kijiye k kia main ghalat hon aur wo sahi kehte hain?agar main sahi hon to mojhe btaein k main kese in ko samjhaon?plz detials se answer kijiye
