Sehri Recipe:
Omelette
Ingredients:
Onion, tomato,green chillies, fresh coriander, salt,mix masala,Chicken cubes, Eggs
Directions:
Onion, Tomatos,green chillies aur fresh coriander ko chote pieces mei kat kar mix karna hai aur ek minute tuk pakana hai
phr us k baad salt aur masala add kar k , eggs mei chicken cubes ko mix kar k dissolve karna hai phr usay Masale mei add kar k
5 mins tuk pakana hai, aur phr usay parahatz and juice k saath serve kar sakte hai
Iftar Recipe:
Dahi baray
Ingredients:
Besan
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Ginger 1/2 inch piece
Salt 1 tsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
White cumin 1 tsp
Oil for frying
Yogurt 1 kg
chiness salt 1 tbs
Water 1/4 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Cumin whole 1 tsp
Chat Masala 1 tsp
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Green chutney as required
Sweet chutney as required
boiled chickpea 2 cups
Directions:
Soak chickpea in water for 5-6 hours.
Mix Besan crushed red pepper, ginger, salt, baking powder, chinese salt and white cumin
Add water as required for blending.
Drop this mixture in preheated oil with spoon.
Fry for 8-10 minutes.
Put salt, red chili powder and cumin whole in a luke warm water.
Place fried Baray in the water after 2 minutes of frying for 4-5 minutes.
Add garlic and pinch of salt in the yogurt and mix well.
Pour this yogurt in the serving bowl.
Squeeze out water from the Baray by pressing them between hands.
Place these baray on the yogurt, add boiled chickpeas
Again pour some yogurt over baray.
Sprinkle chat Masala, pinch of red chili powder, green chilies, coriander and meethi chutney over yogurt
and i have added some crisp also and serve....
After Serving
Kabuli Pulao
Ingredients:
boiled Kabuli chana 2 cups
Meat with hadhi 1 kg
Rice 1 kg
Raisins 1 cup
Carrotz 2 addad
baddam half cup (peanut or pistachio)
salt, sugar, cumin, chinese salt
Directions:
gosht ki yakhni bana kar side mei rakna hai
aur rice ko boil karna hai, aur phr uske lie masala banana hai, pan mei oil fry kar k 3 tbs sugar aur chinese salt us mei add karna hai aur brownish
hone tuk fry karna hai phr usko heat se hata kar half cup pani dalna hai, and then es masale ko boiled rice mei add kar k 20
mins k lie dam pe rakna hai,
presentation:
yakhni k gosht ko plate mei nikal kar us pr rice dal kar cover karna hai aur kabuli channa dalna hai...
for topping:heat up 2tbs of oil in a pan and fry carrot, almond, raisins,sugar and cook for 5 mins
sprinkle this mixture over rice and serve
