My Sehri Dishes..:)
* Masaala Qeema paratha With Custard..*
*Ingridiant for {Masaala Qeema}
1. Chopped Mutton-1/2 kg.
2. Onion-3 {Choped}
3. Tomato-3{Normal size+Choped}
4. Green chillies-10 to 12 {Fine chopped}
5. Garlic paste-2 table spoon.
6. Ginger paste-2 table spoon.
7. Green chilli paste-2 table spoon.
8. Salt-As per taste.
9. Garam masaala powder-1 tea spoon.
10. Red chilli powder-1 tea spoon.
11. Oil-3 big spoon.
12. Coriander leaves-For garnishing.
How to Make??
1. First take 3 big spoons of oil in cooker.
2. When oil become hot add choped onion and stir it well till the onion become pinkesh
brown in colour.
3. Then add choped mutton mix it well with onion untill mutton leaves its water.
4. Then add Ginger+Garlic+Green chilli paste in it.
5. Mix All the ingridiant throughly with each other.
6. Then add tomatoes+Choped chillies in it,and let it be cooked in slow flame for about
15 mins.
7. Add Salt+Red chilli powder +Garam masaala powder and 1 glass of water.
8. Close the cooker...Cook it untill the cooker gives 3 alerts.{The time required for it,will
be about 20 to 25 mins}
9. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
10. Masaala Qeema is ready to eat with paratha's.

2. Banana-Medium sized.{choped}
3. Chiku-Medium sized.{choped}
4. Pomegranate.

How to make??

2. Boil 1 ltr milk untill it become pinkesh in colour,do not off the burner.
3. Add 1/4 milk{with custard}slowly slowly in Boil milk and keep stirring with another hand.
4. After adding all 1/4 milk to 1 ltr ..swith off the burner stir for about 10 mins and keep it for cooling.
5. After when it becomes cool then add all the fruits which have mentioned above..
add dry fruits and eat..!!!
