potato boil karain :p chicken b boil karain,,,dono ko mash karain bohat zziada mash nhi karna,,ab dono ko mix kar lain is may namak,kutti hui black pepper half tea spoon,,half tea spoon chinese salt daal kar mix kar lain,,,aik bowl may thora sa pani lain aur us may aik table spoon corn flour mis karain ab ussi may aik egg beat kar lain and cutlets ko us may dip kar k golden brown hone tak shallow fry kar lain..tyar hay ;)

besan may halki se kuti lal mirch, dhania power, thora sa khanay ka soda, namak, and zeera daal k pani se mix kia or 5 min k lie chor dia.. den is ko balls ki tarhaan fry karna ha.. alag deegchi may pani neem garam kar k us may namak dalain.. jab Baray tyar ho to unhe thori dair k lie plate pay nikaal k thanda honay dein.. den neem garam pani may 2 mint chore dein.. phir aik aik baray ko hath se press kar k pani nikalain or dahi may shamil kar dein

red chutney:
imli ka pulu plus imli ka pani
thora sa namak
2-3 khajoorain
thori se cheeni
and lal mirch

in sab ko blender may daal k blend kar dein to chutney tyaar ho jaygi.. ye chutney dahi baro k sath bohat achi lagti ha :)

My Sehri Dishes..:)
* Masaala Qeema paratha With Custard..*
*Ingridiant for {Masaala Qeema}
1. Chopped Mutton-1/2 kg.
2. Onion-3 {Choped}
3. Tomato-3{Normal size+Choped}
4. Green chillies-10 to 12 {Fine chopped}
5. Garlic paste-2 table spoon.
6. Ginger paste-2 table spoon.
7. Green chilli paste-2 table spoon.
8. Salt-As per taste.
9. Garam masaala powder-1 tea spoon.
10. Red chilli powder-1 tea spoon.
11. Oil-3 big spoon.
12. Coriander leaves-For garnishing.
How to Make??
1. First take 3 big spoons of oil in cooker.
2. When oil become hot add choped onion and stir it well till the onion become pinkesh
brown in colour.
3. Then add choped mutton mix it well with onion untill mutton leaves its water.
4. Then add Ginger+Garlic+Green chilli paste in it.
5. Mix All the ingridiant throughly with each other.
6. Then add tomatoes+Choped chillies in it,and let it be cooked in slow flame for about
15 mins.
7. Add Salt+Red chilli powder +Garam masaala powder and 1 glass of water.
8. Close the cooker...Cook it untill the cooker gives 3 alerts.{The time required for it,will
be about 20 to 25 mins}
9. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
10. Masaala Qeema is ready to eat with paratha's.
*Custard*
*Ingridiant..
1. Milk-1+1/4 ltrs.
2. Banana-Medium sized.{choped}
3. Chiku-Medium sized.{choped}
4. Pomegranate.
5. Dry fruits-As per wish.{Fried in Ghee}
6. Custard powder-100 gms.
How to make??
1. First add custard powder in 1/4 ltr of cold milk mix well each other.
2. Boil 1 ltr milk untill it become pinkesh in colour,do not off the burner.
3. Add 1/4 milk{with custard}slowly slowly in Boil milk and keep stirring with another hand.
4. After adding all 1/4 milk to 1 ltr ..swith off the burner stir for about 10 mins and keep it for cooling.
5. After when it becomes cool then add all the fruits which have mentioned above..
add dry fruits and eat..!!!
